1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and bnb69. By creating an Account or using any service offered on the Platform, You accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions must be read in conjunction with bnb69's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.3 bnb69 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To register and use the bnb69 Platform, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. bnb69 enforces a strict Adults Only (21+) policy without exception.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable legislation.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended bnb69 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bnb69 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.

3.2 The Platform is primarily designed to serve Indonesian players aged 21 and above. Users accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.

3.3 bnb69 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account that fails to satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.1.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 When registering, You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bnb69 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. You agree to notify bnb69 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 bnb69 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to an Account where such access was facilitated by the User's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

4.5 Account registration constitutes a representation by You that all information provided is truthful and accurate. The submission of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure without refund.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 bnb69 is required to verify the identity of all registered Members as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and its commitment to preventing underage gambling. All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawal privileges are activated.

5.2 KYC verification requires submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — for Indonesian residents, this is typically a National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your registered residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals (e.g., a screenshot of the linked BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account showing the account holder's name).

5.3 bnb69 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process and to suspend withdrawal processing until all requested documentation has been received and approved to bnb69's satisfaction.

5.4 All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with bnb69's Privacy Policy. Documents are encrypted, securely stored, and not shared with third parties except where required by law or the terms of our licensing jurisdiction.

6. Deposits

6.1 bnb69 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian Members:

• Bank transfer via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon.
• Digital e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount for bank transfers is Rp 50.000. The minimum deposit for e-wallet transfers is Rp 20.000. Maximum deposit limits are subject to bnb69's internal risk controls and the individual limits applicable to each payment channel.

6.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as having originated from a third-party account may be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6.4 bnb69 does not charge deposit fees. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their standard transaction charges, for which bnb69 accepts no responsibility.

6.5 Deposits are credited to Your Account balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bnb69 is not responsible for delays caused by banking system downtime, scheduled maintenance windows, or processing delays on the part of Your financial institution.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed the full KYC verification process as described in Clause 5. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals must be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit, unless bnb69's compliance team approves an alternative channel following identity verification.

7.3 bnb69 targets the following processing timelines for withdrawals, which are estimates only and not guarantees:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: typically within 15 minutes for verified Members submitting requests between 08:00–21:00 WIB.
• Requests submitted outside standard banking hours: processed the following business morning.
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon: 15 minutes to 1 hour during banking hours.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): typically instant to 30 minutes.

7.4 bnb69 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, Your financial institution may apply their standard transaction or interbank transfer charges.

7.5 bnb69 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of fraud checks, AML reviews, or outstanding KYC documentation. Members will be notified of any such hold and provided with instructions for resolution.

7.6 Withdrawals derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 8. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 bnb69 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, and expiry date — are published on the relevant promotion detail page and form part of these Terms when a Member opts into that promotion.

8.2 All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered through eligible games before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount depending on the specific promotion.

8.3 Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following restrictions apply to all Bonus Funds:

• Bonus Funds may only be used on games explicitly designated as eligible for that promotion.
• Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active per Account at any given time, unless bnb69 explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.

8.4 bnb69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and to exclude individual Members from promotions where there is evidence of bonus abuse, irregular wagering patterns, or attempted circumvention of wagering requirements.

8.5 Members who register more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated Accounts closed and all Bonus Funds forfeited without notice.

9. Gaming Rules

9.1 All games, including sports betting, live casino tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-yield slot games), and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering), are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the Platform.

9.2 bnb69 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based games. Game outcomes are independently audited for statistical fairness. Monthly RTP (Return to Player) reports are published on the Platform.

9.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game or betting event, bnb69 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the stake to the Member's Account. bnb69 is not obligated to honor a payout arising from a clearly erroneous odds display or game malfunction.

9.4 For sports betting, all wagers are accepted subject to bnb69's maximum stake limits, which may vary by event, market, and Account tier. bnb69 reserves the right to void or limit bets suspected of being placed based on insider information or match manipulation.

9.5 For togel draws, official results are sourced from the relevant licensed international lottery pool operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the official operator result, the official operator result shall prevail.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bnb69 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering under a false name or providing falsified identity documents.
• Registering more than one Account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or miscalculated odds in a systematic manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members.
• Attempting to launder money or funds through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Making deposits using a payment account not registered in Your own name.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bnb69 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

10.2 bnb69 employs fraud detection and AML monitoring systems that operate continuously. Any Account flagged by these systems may be suspended pending review without prior notice.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 bnb69 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following self-management tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying the Member of the duration of their active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days, or permanent self-exclusion, available directly from the Account dashboard.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying time elapsed and net session result.

11.2 The bnb69 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process. Accounts determined to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonus amounts claimed.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the bnb69 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game mechanics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bnb69 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of any Platform content.

12.3 Any unauthorized use of bnb69's intellectual property — including use of the bnb69 brand name or logo in connection with any third-party website, application, or promotional material — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bnb69 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform.

13.2 bnb69's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bnb69 makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its content.

13.4 bnb69 accepts no liability for internet connectivity failures, third-party banking system outages (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay network disruptions), or any other technical issue beyond bnb69's reasonable control that affects the Member's use of the Platform.

14. Account Termination

14.1 bnb69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, attempted fraud, or any conduct detrimental to bnb69 or other Members.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration.
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant.
• Regulatory requirements or directives from bnb69's licensing authority.

14.2 Upon closure of an Account for non-breach reasons, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's last verified payment method within 10 business days.

14.3 A Member may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting bnb69's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of bnb69's licensing jurisdiction. They are not governed by the domestic laws of Indonesia, except where mandatory Indonesian consumer protection provisions apply by operation of law.

15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bnb69's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of bnb69's licensing jurisdiction.

15.3 bnb69's internal complaints procedure: Members with a complaint should first contact the support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. bnb69 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve them within 14 business days.

16. Amendments

16.1 bnb69 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bnb69 will notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable regulatory or legal requirements.

16.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the amended Terms, You must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.3.
